Karen Wilson has been the Controller for InterWest Partners since 1988. In this capacity, Wilson oversees all financial reporting, income tax compliance and SEC reporting for the investing funds. Wilson works with attorneys and portfolio companies on financing matters, and is responsible for portfolio analysis and budgeting.

Prior to working with InterWest Partners, Wilson worked at Frank, Rimerman & Co, specializing in partnership tax and non-profit organization audits. Wilson is a licensed CPA and graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics.
