Mobio Bolsters Executive Team With Mobile Industry Heavy Hitters

San Jose, CA - August 30, 2006 — Mobio Networks, the mobile lifestyle application company, announced today that industry veterans Paul Cushman, Marcia Kadanoff and Adam Blum have joined its executive team to prepare for the upcoming release of its next-generation applications. Along with the growing number of mobile experts working behind the scenes, they will help Mobio set the standard as the first provider of true Mobile 2.0 applications and services. "With the dozens of emerging companies focused on the mobile sector, the battle for talent is very competitive," said Ramneek Bhasin, Founder and CEO of Mobio Networks. "It is a testament to Mobio's vision and brand concept that Paul, Marcia and Adam have chosen to invest their considerable talents and mobile expertise with Mobio."

As Mobio's Vice President of Business Development, Paul Cushman brings a wealth of sales and marketing experience managing carrier, content and consumer relationships. Paul comes to the company from Neven Vision, where he served as the Vice President of US Consumer Products. Prior to Neven (recently acquired by Google), Paul was Vice President of Mobile Marketing for m-Qube (recently acquired by VeriSign) where he implemented strategies that enabled the company to establish a leading position in the mobile industry.

In her role as Vice President of Marketing, Marcia Kadanoff will work to turn Mobio into a mainstream brand and drive end user demand for Mobio applications. Marcia comes to Mobio from Firewhite, a marketing consulting firm she founded that attracted a national client base. Prior to founding Firewhite, Marcia served as CEO to an early-stage mobile infrastructure company and as CMO to Everypath, an early entrant in the race to make infrastructure for the mobile web. At Everypath she was widely credited with increasing the company's valuation significantly and with helping to raise $100M in additional financing.

Adam Blum will head up Mobio's high caliber engineering team in his role as the Vice President of Engineering. Most recently, Adam managed the Server Engineering efforts at Good Technology where he led development of GoodAccess, the first offline and asynchronous oriented web browser for mobile devices. GoodAccess received the Best Enterprise Application award from Palm. Adam has held executive roles at Systinet (CTO), Talaris and Commerce One.
