Marketo Support Investment Ensures World-Class Service to Meet Demand of Fast-Growing EMEA Region

SAN MATEO, Calif. and DUBLIN — Marketo, the fastest growing provider of Revenue Performance Management (RPM) solutions, today announced an expansion of its global support capabilities, adding support engineers and infrastructure to its newly established European headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. This news underscores Marketo's commitment to significantly expand its global presence and coverage.

Marketo has appointed Damien Barry to lead the support team in Dublin. Most recently at salesforce.com, Barry brings over 15 years of experience in support roles, working with some of the largest businesses in the world.

Marketo is also implementing a state-of-the-art call routing system to globalize the management of incoming support calls. By adding a local support team in Dublin, Marketo will be able to provide true "follow the sun" support.
